This is our piston type lubricating oil filling machine. Lubricating oil Filling Machine adopts the principle of servo motor control piston, which filling volume from 100ml-5000ml. All machine contact parts are used sus304/316 material, also all filling pipes are used firm and residue free tube. All pipe connections are fast interfaces, the pipes can be dismantle easily for convenient cleaning after production.
Our machine adopt PLC control to ensure the performance stability of the system. The filling volume and filling speed can be adjust on touch screen.
Adopt the high quality Japanese Panasonic servo motor to control the piston running in cylinder, which can make sure the high filling accuracy into ±0.5%.
The filling nozzles can customized by bottles, the length and diameter will suitable for bottles, so that it can make sure the speed at the fastest. The piston sealing Sealing ring Imported from Germany. It is composed of stainless steel spring and UPE.
